Craig Shepheard started developing Industrial Properties in his early career for companies such as Unilever, United Glass, Multicore Solders and Henkel Loctite Adhesives. These have been multi-million pound factory developments making varied products such as Margarine, Tea, Glass Bottles, Optical Fibre and Solder.

After a very successful career in facility management advising high profile clients such as Arsenal Football Club, Lloyds of London, Imperial College, Great Portland Estates, UBS and Bank of America to name just a few, he started Shepheard Property Limited in 2020.

He has previously developed two disabled homes in St Albans & Southwold, for his son, Sam. He has gone onto to refurbish more residential properties across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Some case studies are featured in the Our Work pages.

Craig co-hosts the Hemel and St Albans Property Meet which connects over 250 local property investors and developers. This meeting occurs on the first Thursday of every month in the Centre of St Albans.

Craig resides in Hertfordshire but travels extensively across the UK to find the best deals for both commercial and residential opportunities.
